Silancolor Base Coat ensures even suction of the substrate and improves the adhesion of the paint and of thickness-applied finishes from the Silancolor series. The application of Silancolor Base Coat creates a synergistic effect with the colored finish coat, providing longer protection and improved water-repellent properties of the Silancolor finishing system.

Subfloors treated with Silancolor Base Coat have a more even surface, making it easier to apply finish coats to thickness, especially with the help of a spatula. This ensures a more even distribution of the finish coat over the entire surface.
